During the 21 years that I have practiced Bodywork and Yoga, I recognized that they compliment each other and offer a sustaining balance to counteract the constant pressures of modern-day stress that we all feel. My goal is to help others create a healthy lifestyle and move towards independence from whatever they are ready to break away from, be it physical pain or simply a stressful situation.
