Over the 23 years I have practiced Yoga and Bodywork, I recognized that they compliment each other and offer a unique balance against the constant pressures of modern-day stress that we all feel.  Through these methods, I strive to direct others in their own abilities to create a healthy lifestyle and find independence from whatever they are ready to break away from, be it pain, or simply a situation.
